In Advance of a Tilt

Ah, the poker tilt. If a poker gambler states never to have peered down the shadow of an approaching tilt – they are either lying or they have not been gambling long enough. This does not mean obviously that everyone has gone on tilt in the past, a number of players have great control and take their squanderings as a defeat and keep it at that. To be a strong poker player, it is extremely important to approach your successes and your defeats in a similar way – with little emotion.
