Double-hand Poker is a modern game with old ancestry. Built on the old Chinese tile game and the current American adaptation of poker, Pai Gow poker marries the far east with the west in a fantastic game for early level players.
Pai Gow is a poker game that puts the player against the casino, unlike the majority of other poker games that players wager with other players. By gambling against the dealer, starting players don’t need to be concerned about other, more skillful gamblers winning their cash.
An additional Pai Gow benefit is the fairly leisurely game play, beginners should be able to take their time and strategize while not needing to make hasty selections.
It is also easier to gamble on for an extended time with only a little bit of money seeing as, to not win, both of your hands must be lower than each of the dealer’s hands.
Pai Gow uses 53 cards; the regular 52-card standard deck and a single joker. The gambler is dealt 7 cards face up and the dealer receives 7 cards face down.
One five card hand and one two card hand need to be put together from the seven cards dealt, the 5 card hand has to be higher than the two card hand. To succeed, a player is required to have both of his hand values to be higher than the houses.
